Refund policy

At Home Vogue we want you to enjoy and love what you purchase .

So , you have the rights to refund and exchange your order within 14 days from receiving the order. you can also check the order while receiving from delivery man and if the product didn't match your expectations you can give it back to the courier at the same time 

• To accept your returns  , the items must be unused , in its original condition and in original packaging 
• If the items fragile please make sure to pack it well to arrive to us in its original condition 

Refunds :

• Refunds are processed after inspection with in 3-6 business days 
• All refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase , for example ( what you paid via cards will be back in the same card and for cash payment will be arranged via bank transfer or mobile wallet )

Non refundable items : 

We can not accept any  items that has been used , washed or opened from the original packing but we expect the items that has manufacturing defects or were received damaged
